600MW超临界机组性能优化预测控制与应用

摘要 针对江苏国信扬州发电有限责任公司#3、#4号600 MW超临界机组存在变负荷速率和负荷调节精度等指标未能达到江苏电网运行要求的实际情况,在获得多个负荷点上机组协调被控过程动态数学模型的基础上,采用预测控制技术,提出了锅炉热负荷的预测控制策略,通过加快锅炉负荷指令的调节速度,有效提高机组的变负荷速率;采用基于模糊规则的负荷精度补偿控制技术,通过及时修正汽机负荷指令,快速消除机组的负荷偏差,有效提高了机组的负荷调节精度,减小了主汽压力、主汽温度等主要运行参数的波动。实际应用表明,新的优化控制策略提高了机组的负荷调节品质,明显改善机组的运行稳定性,满足电网运行要求。 For the indicators of the variable load rate and load regulation accuracy of Jiangsu Guoxin Yangzhou Power Generation Co. Ltd. #3, #4 600 MW supercritical units failing to meet the operational requirements of Jiangsu Power Grid, a predictive control strategy for boiler heat load is proposed, which is using the predictive control technology and based on the dynamic mathematical model of coordinating the controlled process of in multiple load point set. The rate of units changing load is improved by adjusting the speed of boiler load instruction. The load accuracy compensation control technology based on the fuzzy rules is used to modify the turbine load instruction, the load deviation of unit is removed quickly and the accuracy of unit' s load is improved effectively. Practical application shows that the unit load regulation quality is improved by the new optimal control strategy, which meets the needs of power grid running. And the stability of the unit's operation is improved by reducing the fluctuations of the main operating parameters, such as the main steam pressure, main steam temperature and so on.
