摘要
为扩展老式数控机床的加工能力,设计了基于CAN通信模块的网络化代码服务系统。首先,根据老式数控机床的通信协议和CAN总线的特点,分析了管控网络传输实时性问题,提出了CAN网络速度匹配方案,解决了老式数控机床访问网络的共享介质访问冲突问题。通过速率匹配计算,确定一个CAN网络最多可以同时服务4台数控机床。代码服务系统软件主要功能包括手动下载代码到数控机床、手动上传代码到服务器和自动代码下载服务。系统在一个数控的车间安装应用,通过了大负荷通信测试。
To expand the processing capability of old fashioned CNC without network interface, a code service system is designed based on CAN and CAN/RS232 adapters. Firstly, according to the characteristics of oldfashioned CNC and CAN communication protocol, the problem of real-time controlling network transmission is analyzed, a matching scheme for CAN network speed is presented to solve shared media access conflicts when old-fashioned CNC access to the network. Through rate matching calculation, a CAN network can simultaneously serve four sets of CNC. Code service system software mainly include manually download code to the CNC, manually upload code to the server, and automatically download code. The system is installed and applied in a CNC workshop. The system is tested successfully with high load communications.
