摘要 随着经济水平的发展,建筑能耗占社会总能耗的比例越来越大,建筑节能愈加必要。提出的"行为节能"主要解决由于人为不合理用能而造成的能源消耗问题。办公建筑测控一体化系统通过温度传感器、光照度传感器、热释电传感器,实时监测室内环境参数,并根据设定的控制策略实时调节用电设备。本测控一体化系统一方面能够满足人体舒适度要求;另一方面还能避免不必要的能源消耗,实现建筑行为节能。 With the development of economy, building energy consumption that accounts for social total energy consumption is rising, and the energy conservation of the buildings is becoming more and more important. The energy consumption problem caused by the unreasonable behavior is mainly solved by behavior energy-conserving. The integrated measurement and control system in office buildings is designed through the temperature sensor, the light sensor and the pyroelectric sensor. It real-time monitors the indoor environment parameters, and adjusts the working state of electrical equipments according to the control strategy. This integrated measurement and control system, not only satisfies the human body on the integration of comfort requirements, but also avoids unnecessary energy consumption, and realizes behavior energy-conserving of buildings.
