摘要
医疗质量管理是医院管理的核心,完善质量标准体系是做好医疗质量管理的关键;医疗质量管理体系要以患者为中心,全员参与、实现全过程管理与控制,建立院、科、医务人员三级管理结构和网络。笔者旨在以医疗卫生体制改革为契机,借鉴国内外公立医院质量管理和研究经验,结合我院实际情况,建立有利于我院健康发展的医疗质量控制管理体系,并应用于实践。
Medical quality management is the core of hospital management. To establish a complete quality standard system is the key of medical quality management. It is imperative for this system to practice patient - centered, all - staff involvement, set up hospital, department and medical worker three layer management structure and network. By taking medical and health system reform as an opportunity, drawing lessons from domestic and international public hospital quality management and research experience, combining with the actual situation, this paper aims at to establish the medical quality control management system,which is beneficial to the healthy development of our hospital, and applies in practice.
