摘要
为了得到齿轮啮合过程中轮齿接触面的接触应力分布及温度场分布,建立了啮合齿轮接触应力和温度的分析模型,采用赫兹接触理论对标准渐开线齿轮的接触应力分布进行分析,并通过有限元温度场分析方法对齿轮温度场的分布情况进行了分析;研究了啮合过程中轮齿接触点相对滑动速度、齿面摩擦因数及摩擦热流密度的计算方法,得到了啮合齿轮接触应力分布和温度场分布。
In order to obtain the distribution of contact stress and temperature field of gear, the models of gear contact stress and temperature field were established, the distribution of contact stress of gear was analyzed using the contact theory of Herz, and the distribution of temperature was analyzed by the finite element method. The relative sliding velocity and friction factor between gears and heat flux were calculated.
