摘要
钢丝绳是起重设备的重要部件,在工程设备中应用广泛,然而对其受力特性及疲劳寿命的深入研究较少。分析了钢丝绳的受力特性,基于起重机的载荷状态级别及载荷谱系数,考虑钢丝绳的反向弯曲等因素,对钢丝绳的弯曲疲劳寿命进行了探讨,并给出了提高钢丝绳疲劳寿命的措施。
The wire rope is an important part of lifting equipment. In this paper, the mechanical characteristics of the wire rope were analyzed, based on the crane load condition level and the load spectrum coefficient, the bending fatigue life of wire rope was discussed, and the measures for improving the wire rope fatigue life was given at last.
