摘要
气缸在工作过程中,时刻与活塞和活塞环发生相当运动,运动副表面产生摩擦而引起磨耗量增加和几何尺寸变化,它是不可避免的一种正常磨损,但也有一些非正常磨损会引起气缸早期损伤。为了延长气缸的使用寿命,采取相应的使用、维护、保养措施具有重要意义。文章探讨了减缓气缸磨损的日常维护保养措施,有益于提高发动机动力性、经济性和环保性,并可延长发动机的使用寿命。
In the process of work of the cylinder, it often have relative movement with piston and piston ring, there is rub on sport sub-surface that leads to increase of the amount of wear and change of physical dimension, it is a normally inevitable wear and tear, but some abnormal wear will cause early injury of the cylinder. In order to extend the service life of the cylinder, taking some appropriate use and maintenance measures is important. This paper discusses maintenance measures for the slow cylinder wear that is beneficial to increase engine power, economy and environmental protection and extend engine life.
