结石合并肾积脓研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 结石合并肾积脓是临床常见疾病,若不及时处理,病情进行性恶化,将对肾功能产生严重影响,甚至整个肾脏功能丧失,最终不得不行肾切除术。对结石合并肾积脓的常规治疗方法是先行肾穿刺造瘘,待症状改善后再行手术取石。手术的风险主要在于该病是感染性疾病,手术取石有可能出现感染扩散导致败血症,而尿源性败血症的死亡率很高,因此,虽然现在治疗结石合并脓肾的各种微创方法很多也很先进,但该病的治疗方法和时机仍有很多争议。
