摘要
自新医改实施以来,公立医院改革取得了阶段性成果。但"看病难、看病贵",住院患者医疗费用增长过快,医患关系紧张以及公立医院公益性淡化等问题依旧存在。文章就如何优化资源配置、加快医院人事制度改革、构建和谐医患关系、促进公立医院回归公益性等方面提出了对策与建议。
Since the new health care reform, public hospitals have made some periodic progress. However, there are still some difficulties, such as ＂difficulty in seeing doctors and difficulty in hospitalization＂, rapid increase of medical expense, unfriendly relationship between doctors and patients, the weakening of public welfare of public hospital. Then, the paper proposes some suggestions, including optimizing the allocation of resources, strengthening the personnel sys-tem reform, building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and accelerating the public hospital to return to the public welfare.
