摘要
南宁吴圩国际机场新航站楼南北总长约330m,东西总长约1 080m,建筑面积18万m2。航站楼下部主体结构为钢筋混凝土框架结构;屋顶采用钢结构,其中中央大厅屋顶为钢管柱支承的斜交斜放网架结构,指廊区域屋顶为钢管柱支承的平面钢架或平面桁架结构。针对复杂岩溶地区的基础设计、复杂曲面屋顶钢结构、大体量单索幕墙、斜向分叉支承体系等结构特点与难点,介绍了结构相关问题的处理措施,包括回填复冲、屋顶设置温度缝、构件以及屋盖整体的稳定分析、节点有限元分析等。
The Nanning Airport construction area is about 180 000 square meters, and it spans 1 080m from east to west and 330m from north to south. Reinforced concrete structure was adopted as low-part structure; the headhouse roof steel structure are cross truss and the pier roof steel structure are plane truss or plane frame, both of them are supported by diagonal branch column. Structural measures are introduced to treat the structural difficulty including foundation in complex Karst area, steel structure of complex surface roof, huge single-layer cable-net curve curtain, diagonal branch support system, which including backfill repeating compacting, temperature expansion joint, stability analysis of steel members and overall roof, FEM analysis of key joints.
