摘要
进行了矩形钢管混凝土柱现场浇筑试验,测量了混凝土压力、温度、钢管应力及变形等,对矩形钢管混凝土柱浇筑过程中的受力性能进行了理论分析。试验和分析表明混凝土浇筑时的侧向压力较大,但浇筑完成后残余应力不大。对矩形钢管混凝土柱的构造设计做了初步研究和参数分析,为设计提供了依据。
The field tests and theoretical analysis of concrete pouring of rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) columns were conducted. The pressure of concrete, temperature, the stress and deformation of steel tubes were measured. The performance of the CFST columns during construction are studied with simulation method. The results show that the pressure is high during concrete pouring and the pressure left after the ending of concrete pouring is low. Preliminary analysis and parameters study of detail design of the CFST columns are conducted,and reliable suggestions are proposed to the project.
