摘要
目的:对老年股骨颈骨折实施置换术治疗的效果进行观察。方法:选取我院收治的64例老年股骨颈骨折患者,随即将其分成置换组以及对照组两组,每组32例患者。其中对照组32例患者实施内固定治疗,置换组32例患者实施人工股骨头置换术进行治疗,并对治疗效果进行观察与比较。结果:将两组患者的治疗效果进行比较,置换组32例患者中20例优,10例良,2例可,0例差,优良率93.8%,对照组32例患者中13例优,10例良,8例可,1例差,优良率71.9%。两组患者的恢复效果具有明显差异(P<0.01)。同时将两组患者的并发症进行比较,其中置换组32例患者中1例泌尿系感染,1例肺部感染,并发症的发生率6.2%;对照组32例患者中1例泌尿系感染,1例骶部褥疮,并发症的发生率6.2%。两组患者出现并发症现象没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施置换术进行治疗,不仅可以提高患者的治愈率,促进恢复速度,同时还提高了生活质量,是对股骨颈骨折进行治疗的最佳方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the femoral neck fractures in the elderly the replacement treatment.Methods：Selecting 64 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck methods in hospital admitted to the fracture,and then divided them into replacement group and control group two groups,32 patients in each group.The 32 patients in the control group the treatment of internal fixation,permutation group of 32 patients with the implementation of artificial femoral head replacement for treatment,and the therapeutic effects were observed and compared.Results：Two groups of patients were compared,permutation group 20 cases and 32 cases of patients,10 cases of benign,2 cases,0 cases,the excellent and good rate was 93.8%,13 cases and control group 32 cases,10 cases of benign,8 cases,1 cases of poor,good rate of 71.9%.And the effect of recovery in the patients of the two groups was significantly different（P＆lt; 0.01）.Comparing two groups of patients with complications,including replacement group and 1 cases of urinary tract infection in 32 cases,pulmonary infection in 1 cases,the complication rate was 6.2%;the control group 1 cases of urinary tract infection in 32 cases,1 cases with sacral decubitus,the complication rate of 6.2%.And the two groups of patients have no significant difference（P＆gt; 0.05） complications phenomenon.Conclusion：For elderly patients with femoral neck fracture implementation,replacement treatment not only can improve the cure rate of patients,promote the recovery of speed,but also improve the quality of life,is the best method for treatment of fracture of femoral neck.
