环网柜无源无线测温管理系统设计 被引量:7

摘要 为实现对环网柜电气连接点的温度在线监测和告警,设计了基于声表面波(SAW)的无源无线测温管理系统。重点论述了声表面波无源无线测温原理和告警控制算法。基于RS485标准Modbus协议,并通过Epon网络将SAW传感器采集的温度信息准确及时传输至通讯管理机。通讯管理机将温度信息转换为IEC61850信息并运行告警控制算法,监控计算机展示数据。采用高低温箱模拟温度变化和MV1000记录温度,对无源无线测温管理系统进行验证,试验证明,该系统运行稳定可靠,效果良好。 In order to realize voltage switchgear cabinet, and on-line monitor the temperature and alarm for the electrical connections of the high management system is designed based on the surface acoustic wave (SAW). The principle of the passive wireless surface acoustic wave temperature measurement and the algorithm of the alarm con- trol are mainly discussed. Based on the standard Modbus protocol of the RS485 and the Epon network, the temper- ature information collected of the SAW sensor is accurately and timely send to the communication management ma- chine. The computer display the data that is from the IEC61850 information and the alarm control algorithm of the communication management machine. Based on the high and low temperature box and MV1000 record tempera- tures, the system is tested. Through a long time of test, the system is stable and reliable, and excellent effects of the running are obtained.
