摘要
固井时水泥浆常常采用宾汉流体模型,因此许多学者对宾汉流体性质及流态做了大量的数值模拟研究,然而排量对顶替效率的影响规律的数学解析方程推导还未见报道。本文根据宾汉流体在环空中的层流流动特性推导出了顶替效率与注水泥的排量关系式,并且计算了不同流量情况下的顶替效率大小,计算结果表明:流量越大顶替效率越高,并且呈现线性关系,适当提高水泥浆的流量能够有效提高顶替效率,推出的流量与顶替效率的关系式对固井工程设计具有较大的指导意义。
The cementing slurry often uses the Bingham model. Then many scholars do a large number of studying of numerical simulation to the property and flow state of Bingham. But, there is not a report about a regular of the influence of flow on displacement efficiency with any mathematical equations. The mathematical equation is developed between displacement and flow according to the characteristic of flowing of Bingham fluid in annular. And the data of displacement efficiency under different flow conditions is computed. The results show that the more flow the higher displacement efficiency and they have a linear relationship. Improving the flow can improve the displacement degree. The relationship of flow and displacement efficiency has an important guide to the design of cementing engineering.
