MRI引导下^(125)I粒子植入治疗颅内胶质瘤的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的临床观察MRI引导下125I粒子植入治疗颅内胶质瘤的疗效。方法选取我院在2010年3月至2011年3月间,所诊断的颅内胶质瘤的患者30例,对患者的采用MRI引导下125I粒子植入治疗,观测其疗效以及并发症发生率,来做一个比较详细的回顾性的分析。结果125I粒子植入2个月以后进行复查可知:CR的为15个,PR的为5个,NC的为3个,PD的为2个,总有效率为83.3%。在两个月时的随访时,粒子所移位的有2例,粒子丢失的有1例。结论 MRI引导下125I粒子植入治疗颅内胶质瘤的近期临床的疗效非常好,是一个微创有效,安全可靠的治疗颅内胶质瘤的新方法。
