摘要
植物基因工程食品已逐渐走进人们的生活 ,因而转基因植物食品的安全性受到普遍关注。一些国际机构已出台相应程序和条例对转基因植物食品进行评价和规范 ,并在美国、加拿大等国家付诸实施。中国正处于研究和制订阶段。现对植物基因工程食品对人类健康的潜在危害、危害来源 。
At present,foods from transgenic plant have been introduced into our diet,so their safety aroused more and more consumers′ concerns.Some procedures and regulations used to assess the safety of foods from transgenic plant were proposed by OECD and put into practice in USA,Canada,and so on.Chinese government is taking great efforts to draw up strategies concerned to protect public health.Now what the hazards are and how the hazards are introduced and outlines the existing procedures for assessing the safety of transgenic plant food are discussed.
