摘要
全国数控技能大赛不仅探索出了一条选拔我国制造业高技能人才的道路,而且带动了全国各地数控技能实训基地建立,对我国数控技能人才的培养起到了积极的推动作用。该校从2004年第一届全国数控大赛开赛至今,对每一届各级别的技能竞赛,精心准备,积极参赛,在市、省、全国各级各类数控比赛中共有60余名师生选手获奖,并多次承办全省数控技能比赛、多次代表广西参加全国数控技能比赛。我校师生在积极备赛参赛过程中,提高了技能水平,锻炼和培养了教师队伍,促进了我校数控专业教学改革。
NC skills competition not only explores a road of se lecting highly skilled mnufacturing talents, hut also leads the construction of numerical skills training base, so it plays a posi tive role in promoting NC talent development in China. Since 2004, our school has been taking part in the competition and has achieved good performance. Teachers and students＇ actively preparation for the competition has improved their skills, exer cised and trained a team of teachers, and promoted the teaching reform of NC curriculum in our school.
