摘要
目的探究他克莫司软膏联合308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法选择本院2010年1月～2012年1月收治的白癜风患者60例,以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者单纯使用他克莫司软膏进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上联用308 nm准分子激光进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者在治疗后12周效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),接受治疗后16周两组患者治疗效果差异无统计学意义。观察组患者不同分期皮损有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用他克莫司软膏联合308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风效果突出,且进展期治疗效果相对于稳定期更加突出,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus ointment combining with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of patients with vitiligo. Methods 60 vitiligo patients admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were evenly divided into control group and observation group in random.In the control group,only tacrolimus ointment was provided,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,308 nm excimer laser was combined.The clinical efficacy in both groups was compared. Results 12 weeks after treatment,effect in the obser- vation group was extremely superior to that in the control group with a significant difference （P〈0.01）.However,after 16-week treatment,the clinical effect in comparison of the two groups didn＇t display a statistical difference.The effec- tive rate of skin lesion at different stages in the observation group was greatly superior to that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of vitiligo,the combination of tacrolimus ointment and 308 nm excimer laser can obtain an outstanding effect and the therapeutic effect at the progressive stage is more remarkable than that of fhe sta- ble one,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
