摘要
为研究60 kA底部阴极稀土电解槽内阳极倾斜角度对熔盐流动的影响,利用CFD(Computational FluidDynamics)软件,建立相应的数学模型,模拟电解槽内的气液两相流动情况,分别对阳极倾角为3°、7°、11°和15°的电解槽内电解质的流动进行模拟研究。通过比较分析,得出了最佳倾斜角度,为该电解槽的优化设计提供了理论依据。
In order to find out the effect of the anode inclination on the flow of the mohen salt in 60kA bottom - cathode rare earth electrolytic cell, the software CFD was used to simulate the flow of gas and liquid in the cell by building the mathe- matical model. The simulations of the flow of the molten salt with inclinations 3° ,7° ,11°and 15° in the cell were done. The best inclination was obtained by comparative analysis. It provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the design of the e- leetrolyzer.
