摘要
在构建创新型国家的过程中,作为创新型智力与成果的反映,知识产权以及围绕其的知识产权贸易将发挥重要的作用。为探求知识产权贸易与创新型国家构建的影响因素,本文从我国当前知识产权贸易的问题出发,基于层次分析法,论述了在知识产权贸易下的创新型国家构建的具体路径。
