摘要
基于科技惠民的角度探讨我国社会发展领域民生科技的战略部署,研究了相关科技政策,从支持领域、优先方向、创新主体、平台载体等方面系统梳理了民生科技的管理创新,分析我国现阶段发展民生科技存在的共性问题,提出明确基层作为民生科技计划管理责任主体、完善创新平台和基地布局等建议。
Based on benefiting the people＇ s livelihood, the strategy and relevant policies of science and technology for people ＇ s livelihood of our country have great innovation, as the support areas, priority direction, platform and so on. This paper analyzes our country present stage of the development of science and technology for people＇ s livelihood, put forward to the proposal such as making clear local government is main responsibility of the management of technology program ,per- fecting innovation base and platform layout.
