摘要
通过对围护墙体开裂、吊车运行、局部钢支撑屈曲和使用环境的调查,总结了某超长混凝土结构工业厂房地基不均匀沉降的特点.对吊车轨顶相对沉降量、排架柱倾斜以及基础梁相对沉降量等进行了实测,分析结果表明,主厂房基础部分座于原有旧基础上,地基基础底部土层分布复杂且不均匀,地基因浸水而导致承载力降低,以及厂房内部长期堆积的过大荷载是地基发生不均匀沉降的主要原因.
The paper presents the non-uniform settlement of the overlength reinforced concrete construction,based on investigation on cracks in retaining wall,crane operation,partical steel brace buckling and environment.From the inspection for relative settlement of crane rail,slant of bent frame column and relative settlement of foundation beam,the result of analysis indicates that the foundation of main construction is based on the past foundation,the distribution of foundation bottom soil is complex and uneven,the capacity of foundation decreases due to seepage,and the long-term accumulation of excessive loads within the plant,which are the primary causes to the non-uniform settlement of foundation.
