摘要
对两种不同产地的海泡石进行了比表面积测试,用扫描电子显微镜分析了海泡石的微观形貌。通过对海泡石样品进行酸化、碱化及CaCl2改性,获得了22种样品,测试了原样及改性样品的吸湿率,对比各样品的吸湿率,分析了改性方案对海泡石吸湿性能的影响。最后,得到了一种较为理想的海泡石吸湿性能的改性方案。
The specific surface areas of two different sepiolites were gained by BET, and their micro-morphology were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). 22 modified samples were gotten through acidification, alkalization and calcium chloride, and the moisture absorption rate of original samples and modified samples were tested, and the effect of modified schemes on sepiolite hygroscopic were analyzed by comparative analysis of the moisture absorption rate of each sample. Finally, an ideal modified scheme of sepiolite hygroscopic was obtained.
