摘要 实沸点切取350~400℃、400~450℃、450—520℃三个馏分按润滑油指标进行性质分析,表明哈德原油低黏度润滑油收率高,为9.25%,且粘度指数很高,达到了137,表明该馏分是高黏度润滑油难得的优质原料。硫含量、酸值、凝点不合要求,须经深度脱蜡和精制。把350~520℃馏分按催化裂解原料进行分析,表明哈德原油减压馏分平均分子中烷基侧链上的碳原子百分数Cp为77.36%。重金属镍+钒含量少(0.03μg/g),是理想的催化裂化原料。在加压微反色谱装置上对哈德原油350—520℃馏分进行催化裂化实验,结果表明该馏分是优质的催化裂化原料,其转化率高达75.49%,轻质油收率高达69.46%,液化气收率高达24.43%,超出一般催料很多,加工时要注意稳定塔顶压力超高。 With property analysis on the index of lubricant at three true boiling points of 350 -400℃, 400 -450℃ and 450 - 520℃, it shows that its lubricant distillation cut has considerably high vis- cosity index which makes it superb quality raw material. Whereas sulphur, acid value and condensation point are not up to the standard if there is no deep dewaxing and refining. An analysis on 350 - 520℃ distillation cut proves it as ideal material for catalytic cracking with 77.36% Cp and low ( Ni + V) of(0.03 μg/g). In catalytic cracking experiment on 350 - 520℃ distillation cut on pressed micro reverse chromatography de- vice, the result indicates that it can be fine material for catalytic cracking, for the transformation rate is high to 75.49%, with 69.46% light oil yield and 24.43% liquefied gas yield respectively, all of which are greatly beyond the general catalytic materials, but it should be noted to avoid exceeding pressure on the tower top.
