丹参多酚酸盐对急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能的保护作用 被引量:30

摘要 目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性脑梗死临床效果,并对其血管内功能的保护机制进行分析。方法选择我院2011-01—2013-01收治的104例诊断为急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为常规治疗组和丹参多酚酸盐组。丹参多酚酸盐组在常规治疗基础上采用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,选择C反应蛋白、可溶性血管内皮细胞蛋白C受体(sEPCR)和血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)和内皮细胞钙黏蛋白(VE-Ca)为判断血管内皮功能的观测指标。结果治疗前2组患者sEPCR、Vwf、CRP、ADMA、VE-Ca检测结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后丹参多酚酸盐组sEPCR、Vwf、CRP、ADMA、VE-Ca检测结果均明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论常规治疗联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗对保护急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能显著优于常规治疗。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salvianolate on vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 104patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(52cases) and the salvianolate treatment group(52cases,treated by conventional treatment plus salvianolate) from January 2011to January 2013in our hospital.The C-reactive protein,soluble vascular endothelial protein C receptor(sEPCR),von Willebrand factor(vWF),asymmetric dimethyl arginine(ADMA) and endothelial cell cadherin protein(VE-Caobservations) were selected to evaluate the the function of vascular endothelial.Results The levels of sEPCR Vwf,CRP,ADMA and VE-Ca in two groups had no significant difference before treatment;The levels of sEPCR,Vwf,CRP,ADMA and VE-Ca in the salvianolate treatment group were lower than these in the conventional treatment group after treatment.Conclusion The clinical effect of convention plus salvianolate on vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction is better than that of single conventional treatment.
