摘要
目的对高邮市2010年传染病疫情进行总结分析,了解发病趋势,为今后防治工作提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,运用Excel 2003软件对疫情数据进行分析。结果 2010年报告乙、丙类传染病16种共1 860例,年发病率为225.67/10万。其中乙类传染病11种共1 313例,丙类传染病5种共547例,无甲类传染病报告。报告病例数占前5位的传染病为手足口病、肺结核病、梅毒、病毒性肝炎和细菌性痢疾。结论该市传染病防控的重点首推肠道传染病,其次是血源和性传播疾病以及呼吸道传染病。
0BJECTIVE To Summarize and analysis the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in Gaoyou in 2010,identify mobidity trends,and provide the basis for future prevention and treatment work.METHODS Using Excel 2003 software to analyze the data,descriptive epidemiological methods.RESULTS 2010 report 16 B and C class infectious diseases of 1 860,the annual incidence rate/ 225.67.Class B infectious diseases 11,1 313,group C 5 a total of 547 cases of infectious diseases,no category a infectious disease have been reported.Top 5 that reported cases of infectious diseases： hand-foot-mouth disease,tuberculosis,syphilis,hepatitis and dysentery.CONCLUSION The focus of the prevention and control of communicable diseases in the municipality first intestinal diseases blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases,respiratory diseases followed.
