摘要
针对动载荷难以确定的问题,采用基于振动理论动载荷和基于虚拟样机动载荷的确定方法对船用门式起重机起升、小车运行和大车运行三大机构联合启制动下的动力学问题进行了分析。建立了动力学模型和虚拟样机模型,确定了各机构在典型工况下随时间变化的动载荷,得到的最大动载荷为船用门式起重机动态有限元分析提供了数据支撑。
According to the difficulty in determining the dynamic load, dynamic problems ,this paper takes the methods for determining the dynamic load to analyzes the including the lifting ,trolley running and cart running mechanisms of the shipbuilding gantry crane under the joint starting and braking based on the dynamic load of the vibration theory and the virtual prototype. The dynamic model and virtual prototype model are established and the time-varying dynamic loads of mechanisms under typical working conditions are determined. The maximum dynamic load obtained provides data support for the dynamic finite element analysis of shipbuilding gantry crane.
