摘要
拆装测绘是机械专业大学生必修的实践环节,目的是培养学生的工程意识和动手能力,提高学生的综合制图能力。研究利用三维设计软件Pro/E创建动态拆装虚拟模型库,首先创建装配体三维模型,然后生成爆炸分解图,并制作运动仿真动画和动态拆装动画。该模型库的建立能辅助拆装测绘实践环节的教学,可增强学生对现代设计方法的认知,提升现代化教学层次和效率。
Dismounting, assembling and mapping is a compulsory practice training for mechanical majors, which is aimed at develo- ping students＇ awareness of engineering and the practical ability and improving students＂ comprehensive capability for drawing. In this study, three-dimensional design software Pro/E is used to create a virtual model library of the dynamic dismounting and assemb- ling, which is composed of three-dimensional model of the assembly, exploded view, motion simulation animation and dynamic dis- mounting and assembling animation. The library is a great help to the teaching of dismounting, assembling and mapping, to enhan- cing students＂ awareness of modem design methods and to promoting the level and efficiency of modern teaching.
