摘要
针对山东地区近期频繁出现220 kV气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器(GIS)SF6气体泄漏问题,结合实例对分支结构和主母线结构两种结构设备的漏气原因进行分析,总结出了漏气原因、处理方法及泄漏后的危害。根据现场实践经验,提出了利用包扎法粗略估计与红外检测法精确定位、激光检测法精确定位相结合的快速检漏法,同时,针对漏气问题,从外界环境因素、设备制造安装工艺以及设备日常维护等方面提出了预防性措施,具有较强的应用价值。
According to the issue of SF6 gas leakage of 220 kV GIS which frequently emerged in Shandong area, in this paper, we analyze the reasons for gas leakage of the branch structure and the main bus structure equipment combined with examples, and summarize the leak causes, treatment methods and the harm of leak. According to the field practical experience, a fast leak detection method is proposed , which can realize the function of estimate roughly and position precisely, meanwhile, for the leakage problem, the preventive measures are put forward from the aspects of external environment, manufacturing and installation process, as well as routine maintenance, which have a high application value.
