摘要
为丰富微山湖河蟹养殖水域生态系统健康评价体系,对其水体和底泥中可培养异养细菌群落结构及多样性进行了采样调查.调查显示,该水域优势菌的优势度高,多样性指数低.在出现的25种菌落中,优势菌为芽孢杆菌、链球菌属和气单胞菌属.水体中优势菌的优势度为43.75%,多样性指数H为1.542;底泥中优势菌的优势度为55.56%,多样性指数H为0.9949.参照沈韫芳多样性指数标准,微山湖河蟹养殖水域受中到重度污染,水体富营养化严重,须加强保护治理措施.
In order to enrich the evaluation system of water cultivation ecosystem,we examined the community structure and diversity of cultivable heterotrophic bacteria in the Weishan Lake,Shandong Province.We found that the diversity of bacteria in this lake was low.There existed 25 types of cultivable heterotrophic bacteria and the dominant types were Bacillaceae,Streptococcus and Aeromonas.The index H was 1.542in water columns and 0.9949in sediments.According to the standard of Shannon-Wiener index(H),the pollution degree of Weishan Lake was moderate to severe and the level of Lake Eutrophication was high.Effective measures should be taken to protect the lake ecosystem.
