摘要
海口东站在简支梁桥上铺设无砟无缝的道岔,是国内首次在简支梁桥上铺设单开无缝无砟道岔。在设计过程中作了专门的静态和动态仿真计算,根据分析结果完成了设计,并在海东线联调联试期间对桥上道岔进行了动、静态现场试验观测。取得的大量数据表明,海口东站桥上无砟道岔完全满足海东线的设计要求。通过海口东站简支梁桥上铺设无砟无缝道岔的工程实例详细分析,初步提出了桥上铺设无砟无缝道岔应注意的事项。
Abstraet:Haikou East Station was the first in China to have welded and ballast free turnout on simply supported girder bridge. During its design, static and dynamic simulations were run and the design was completed according to the calculation results. During the trial running of the Haidong Line, static and dynamic site measurements were also conducted to the turnout. The large amount of data obtained show that the welded and ballastless turnout on simply supported girder bridge can fully satisfy the design requirements. With detailed analysis to this case, the authors put forward the issues for attention when laying welded and ballast free turnout on bridges.
