摘要
以废旧纤维非织造布为原料,设计并制备了蜂格边长分别为15、20和30 mm的三种蜂窝夹层复合材料,并对非织造布面板的拉伸和弯曲性能以及蜂窝夹层复合材料的压缩和弯曲性能进行了测试。结果表明:非织造布蜂窝夹层复合材料的平压强度、芯子平压模量以及弯曲强度、芯子剪切应力和面板应力都呈现出随蜂格边长的增大而减小的趋势,其中以蜂格边长为15 mm的材料性能最佳。与传统蜂窝结构材料比较的结果说明,废旧纤维非织造布蜂窝夹层复合材料是一种可供选择的性能良好的轻质板材,具有潜在的应用市场。
In this paper, three kinds of honeycomb sandwich structure composites with the cell edge length of 15, 20 and 30 mm of waste fiber nonwovens were designed and prepared. The tensile and bending proper- ties of panel manufacturing waste fiber nonwovens and the compression and bending properties of differ- ent cell edge length honeycomb composites were investigated. The results indicate flat compression strength, core flat compression modulus, bending strength, the core shear stress and the panel stress emerge decreasing trend with the cell edge length increasing, and property of the first kind of the mate- rial was the best. The waste fiber nonwoven honeycomb sandwich structure composites with light weigh and good performance have application sector.
