摘要 利用水、有机溶剂、乳化剂和分散剂配制低毒性沥青质沉淀清除剂,以乳状液稳定性、沉淀清除剂对沥青质溶解速度为评价指标,研制出稳定性好、对沥青质沉淀清除效果明显的清除剂配方,并利用岩心驱替装置进行了清除近井地带沥青质沉淀堵塞实验。结果表明,在中高渗透率岩心中清除剂对岩心渗透率恢复效果较好,研制出的清除剂在乳化剂含量为8%、搅拌速度为800 r/min下使用效果较好。现场应用证明,该清除剂可有效清除胶质、沥青质沉淀造成的有机堵塞。 Water,organic solvents,emulsifier and dispersing agents were used to prepare low toxicity remover of asphaltene precipitation.The formula of the remover was evaluated by emulsion stability and the dissolution rate of asphaltene.Experiments were conducted to remove near wellbore asphaltene precipitation by using core flooding device.The results show that remover is effective in restoration of core permeability for cores with mid-high permeability.The remover developed in this research is most effective with emulsifier content of 8% and stirring speed of 800 r / min.Field application has proved that the remover can effectively clean up organic plugging resulted from resin and asphaltene.
