掺稀抽油机井工况分析技术研究与应用 被引量:11

摘要 针对油稠的特点,塔河油田采用了掺稀降黏工艺,导致了油井工况管理难度的增加,无法及时掌握油井的真实工作状况。通过研究分析,推导出根据井口掺稀参数折算井底流压的计算模型,借助宏观控制图实现了掺稀抽油机井的工况分析。并通过研制工况分析软件为塔河油田掺稀抽油机井的管理提供了统一的评价标准,丰富了掺稀抽油机井的管理手段。 The Tahe oilfield recovers its heavy oil by mixing light hydrocarbon to reduce viscosity,but this increases the difficulty in management of oil well working condition and makes it difficult to transmit well information in real time.In this paper,a model of calculating bottom hole flowing pressure based on parameters of mixing light hydrocarbon at wellhead has been developed;and the working condition of pumping wells produced by mixing light hydrocarbon is analyzed with the help of macroscopic control chart.Moreover,working condition analysis software has been developed to provide a uniform evaluation standard for management of such wells in the oilfield,thus enriched well management measures.
