摘要
英日两国社区体育的发展起步较早且发展成熟,他们在社区体育法规政策、组织管理体制、相关健身活动内容与条件的开发方面均已形成比较系统的科学体系,是欧洲和亚洲的典型代表。将我国与这两个国家的社区体育相关法规政策进行具体的比较分析,找出我国与两国的差距,从而为我国社区体育法规、政策的完善提供参考。
The development of community sports in England and Japan started early and has forrmed a mature scientific system of laws and regulations, organization and management mechanism,and relevant physical fitness activities and conditions. Through detailed eomparison and sludv on relevant laws, regulations and policies of community sports among England, Japan and China,reasonable laws and policies of community sports between England and Japan are found out to be used for reference to make more efficient and effective community sports＇ laws and policies for China in the future.
