摘要
目的观察通心络胶囊联合尼可地尔对冠状动脉慢血流患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取60例冠状动脉慢血流患者,随机分为3组:对照组20例,给予常规药物治疗;观察Ⅰ组20例,在常规治疗基础上加用尼可地尔;观察Ⅱ组20例,在常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊和尼可地尔联合治疗。3组患者治疗前、后均分别采用高分辨血管超声检测肱动脉血流介导性舒张功能(FMD)变化,以及血中一氧化氮(NO)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平。结果与治疗前比较,观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组治疗后肱动脉FMD、NO、hs-CRP、ET-1水平均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组治疗后上述血管内皮功能指标亦有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与观察Ⅰ组比较,观察Ⅱ组治疗后上述指标改善更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合尼可地尔治疗能改善冠状动脉慢血流患者的血管内皮功能。
Objective To study the effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with nicorandil on the vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary slow flow(CSF). Methods 60 patients with CSF were divided into 3 groups by using a ran- domized, control and single blind method: control group ( n = 20), received routine treatment of CSF only; the observation group I( n = 20), received routine treatment plus nicorandil; the observation group II ( n = 20), received routine treatment plus Tongxinluo capsule combined with nicorandil. After 6 months of treatment, the flow mediated dilatation (FMD) function in brachial artery was measured by high resolution ultrasound and NO, hs-CRP, ET-1 were detected before and after treat- ment. Results The FMD function in brachial artery and the level of NO, hs-CRP and ET-1 were improved significantly after therapy in observation group I and observation group II with significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). The FMD function in brachial artery and the level of NO, hs-CRP and ET-1 were improved significantly after therapy in observation group I and observation group II than the control group with significant difference ( P 〈 0.05) ; and compared with the observation group I, after the treatment, indicator of observation group II improved more significantly, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The Tongxinluo capsule combined with nicorandil can significantly improve the vascular endothelial func- tion in patients with coronary slow flow.
