摘要 目的:深入了解临床护生在实习期间对带教老师人文关怀感知程度,同时提出加强人文关怀的建议。方法:运用质性研究方法,对某部属三级甲等医院实习护生进行个别深入访谈。结果:了解到临床带教老师对护生的关怀主要涉及生活、学习方面,不关怀行为主要为心理、情感方面。结论:医院整体人文关怀氛围建立与发展,临床带教老师人文素质的提高,对护生临床实习期间人文关怀感知程度至关重要。 Objective:To depth understand the degree of the clinical nursing intem's perception of humanistic care in clinical teaching,at the same time,put forward to the corresponding suggestions of strengthening humanistic care.Methods:A qualitative research design.We interviewed practice nursing students individually and in depth.Results:It make us understand nursing students true feelings about human care from their teachers during the clinical internship including life and learning,meanwhile the students feel less caring in their psychological aspects.Simultaneously,we know that the extent of teacher s'cating have a strong impact on nursing studentslffe and learning during their clinical practice.Conclusion:It shows the high importance of establishing and developing the overall atmosphere of hospital humanistic care.Meanwhile,we must improve theclinical teachers'the humanistic quality.
