经皮掌侧Herbert空心螺钉治疗急性Herbert A、B1、B2型腕舟状骨骨折疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经皮掌侧入路Herbert空心螺钉内固定治疗急性HerbertA、B1、B2型腕舟状骨骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法采用经皮掌侧人路治疗急性HerbertA、B1、B2型腕舟状骨骨折ll例。结果随访5~18个月,骨折均获骨性愈合。平均愈合时间2.5个月,改良Mayo腕关节功能评分:优8例,良3例。结论HerbertA型、B1-2型腕舟状骨骨折.早期采用经皮掌侧入路Herbert空心螺钉内固定治疗,骨折固定牢靠、骨折愈合率高、腕关节功能恢复良好,是治疗腕舟状骨骨折的有效方法之一。
