摘要
利用4-氨基安替比林分别与2,6-吡啶二甲酰氯或2,5-噻吩二甲酰氯反应,合成了两个新型双酰胺化合物。产物结构通过IR,1H NMR进行表征。最佳反应条件为:反应温度80℃,n(2,6-吡啶二甲酰氯):n(4-氨基安替比林)=1.0:2.4,反应时间2 h,产率82.6%。
Condensation of 4-aminoantipyrine with 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid chloride or 2,6-pyridin- edicarboxylic acid chloride gave two new bisamides. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by lH NMR and IR. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows, the reaction temperature was 80℃, the time of reaction was 2 h; and n(2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid chloride) : n(4-aminoantipyrine)- 1.0" 2.4. The yield was 82.6%.
