摘要
分析了十八辊轧机带材表面条状隐影产生的原因,在建立侧推力计算模型基础上,提出减小侧推力的方法。利用有限元方法对侧支撑辊、工作辊及带材的受力分布情况进行了分析,排除了作用在带材上不均匀分布的力导致的条状隐影。最后给出了该问题治理方案,效果理想。
The reasons lead to the stripe shaped hidden shadow on strip from 18-high mill was analyzed. The way to reduce the back-up force according to the calculation model was offered. In addition, the back-up force distribution on the working roll, the intermediate roll and the strip were analyzed by FEA to eliminate the influence by the uneven force distribution. At last the corresponding governance programs were suggested and the results favorable.
