摘要
应用化工技术专业人才就业岗位群可简单划分为化工高端技术、化工营运管理和化工通用岗位三大类,对应将专业学生班级划分成化工高端技术岗位方向、化工营运管理岗位方向和化工通用岗位方向三类班级,完善教师激励机制,开展针对性的分类教学,提高教学质量。
The employed post groups of the applied chemical specialty could divided into three category as high-end skill post, operation and management post and universal post. Correspondingly, the student's class could divided into three category as high-end skill post direction class, operation and management post direction class and universal post class. Perfacting the motivation mechanism to the teacher, promoting the Classification Teaching Method, the quality of teaching would increasing obviously.
