摘要
在地磁导航系统中,弹体的磁屏蔽作用对磁传感器的测量带来很大的误差。为了对该误差进行补偿,文中采用ANSYS软件对弹体的磁屏蔽效能进行分析。首先针对无限长圆柱腔的弹体磁屏蔽系数进行数学建模得到理论值,然后采用ANSYS软件进行仿真分析得到实验值,最后分析得到了磁导率对弹体磁屏蔽系数的影响规律。通过比较可得实验值与理论值的误差很小,验证了利用有限元方法对弹体磁屏蔽效能进行分析的可行性。
In geomagnetic navigation system, the shielding of projectile has a great effect on measurement of the magnetic sensor. So, in order to compensate the error, the software of ANSYS was adopted to research the shielding coefficient of projectile body in this paper. First of all, an introduction to the theory of geomagnetic field shielding coefficient was given to get the theory value, then the experimental value was got by ANSYS software, finally, the influence of permeability on the projectile magnetic shielding coefficient was analyzed. Through comparison, the result shows that the error of the experimental value and the theoretical value is very small, so the feasibility of using ANSYS can be verified to analyze the projectile magnetic shielding effectiveness.
