Anti-sloughing Drilling Fluid Technology of Deep Formation in Offshore of Shengli Oilfield

摘要 针对胜利海区深部地层为弱胶结泥页岩地层的特点,通过室内评价优选出强封堵剂和强抑制剂,形成了适用于胜利青东地区的强抑制强封堵钻井液配方。实验表明,原配方的一次岩心滚动回收率为76.46%,优化配方的一次岩心滚动回收率却高达92.1%,二次滚动回收率也相对较高,为74.5%,显示出其优良的抑制性能;同时优化后配方的岩心渗透率恢复值由78.65%升至87.03%,储层保护效果较好。在青东地区现场应用进一步证实,该钻井液具有好的抑制性和封堵性,有助于解决胜利海区深部地层钻井过程中井壁失稳的技术难题,具有广阔的应用前景。 The deep formation in offshore of Shengli oilfield is of weak cementation mudshale formation,based on that,a strong inhibition and plugging drilling fluid formula is optimized with strong inhibitor and plugging agent.The experimental results show that the one time core rolling recovery rate is only 76.46%before optimized,however,after optimized,the one time core rolling recovery rate is up to 92.1%,and the second core rolling recovery rate is 74.5%,at the same time,the permeability recovery rate is increased from 78.65%to 87.03%.The applications in block of Qingdong show that this drilling fluid system has good performances of inhibition and plugging that can deal with the problem of wellbore instability of deep formation.
