摘要
运用SWOT理论对广东高校竞技体育发展条件与环境进行分析,从广东高校竞技体育发展具备的优势、存在的劣势、面临的机遇和挑战展开论述,认为广东高校竞技体育整体竞技水平较高,并具备地缘、后备人才、科研人才等优势,但招收高水平运动员资格的院校比例偏低、分布不均衡,后备人才利用率不高,目前尚未形成典型的培养模式,高校体育竞赛制度不健全、专项经费不充足是制约广东高校发展的因素。面对全国各地高校竞技体育竞相发展,纷纷创造本校品牌项目的竞争态势,广东高校应充分利用国家和省教育厅鼓励高校竞技体育发展的政策,在完善本省大学生体育竞赛制度的同时,积极参加全国各类相关赛事,加快培育本省高校体育品牌项目。
Using the SWOT theory to analyze the development conditions and the environment in Guangdong university sports, the paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Guangdong university sports, find out that the whole competitive level of Guangdong university sports is higher, and there has the advantages of geographical, talent, and scientific talent, while the ratio of recruit high level athlete qualification is low and uneven distribution, reserve talent utilization rate is not perfect, the special funds is not sufficient. Facing the competition project of throughout university sports, Guangdong University sports should make full use of the sports policy to improve the sports competition system, and participate in all kinds of related events actively, thus accelerating the development of sports brand project of Guangdong university sports.
