摘要
针对带有外螺纹的盖体铸件,本文采用对分凹模结构,同时,为保证开模铸件留在动模,采用止动销使两凹模延时分开。这样的结构较简洁、合理、使用方便,工件生产质量达标。
A structure of bisection female die has been adopted for cover castings with external screw thread, in which stop bolt has been used for delay departing of the two female dies to guarantee the castings to keep in movable die.
