摘要
采用水热法制备了不同Sr2+掺杂量的TiO2胶体溶液,并以FTO玻璃为基底制备了Sr2+掺杂TiO2薄膜电极。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对Sr2+掺杂TiO2进行表征与分析。结果表明Sr2+掺杂抑制了部分锐钛矿型TiO2向金红石型的转变及促进晶粒尺寸的减小,薄膜表面为三维多孔结构,Sr2+有效地掺杂到了TiO2晶格中。薄膜电极的电流密度-电压测试表明,Sr2+掺杂有效提高了TiO2薄膜电子的光电转换效率,其中1%Sr2+掺杂量薄膜的转换效率相对于未掺杂的TiO2薄膜提高了11.5%。
Sr2+-doped TiO2 colloidal solutions with different amount of substance ratios of Sr2+/Ti4+ have been syn- thesized by a hydrothermal method, and their film electrodes were prepared using fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) glass as a substrate. The structure and composition of the Sr2+-doped TiO2 film electrodes were characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). XRD results showed that Sr++ suppressed the transformation of TiO2 from anatase to rutile and promoted a decrease in grain size; SEM showed that the electrodes had a three-dimensional porous structure; XPS confirmed that strontium ions were doped into the TiO2 crystal lattice. Photocurrent density-voltage measurements indicated that the photoelectric conversion efficiency was effectively improved by doping strontium into the TiO2 crystal lattice, and the maxi- mum observed increase in photoelectric conversion efficiency relative to the undoped TiO2 film electrode was 11.5%.
