滇池打捞蓝藻含总磷的检测方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 水体富营养化是蓝藻暴发的主要原因,污染水体中的蓝藻打捞是水环境治理的重要措施之一。目前没有检测打捞上岸的泥状蓝藻(藻泥)总磷(TP)含量的标准方法。为得到科学的计量打捞蓝藻含TP检测方法,供政府支付滇池水体污染物去除补偿计量使用,本文通过对从滇池中打捞的17批次37个蓝藻抽检样品,用鲜、干两样品状态分别采用LY/T1270--1999和NY525--2002两种标准方法进行蓝藻TP含量检测,并对检测结果进行配对£测验和偏差值分析。结果表明:在测定藻泥TP时,只有用鲜样和干样采用LY/T1270--1999方法测定的结果之间无显著差异、偏差小,其他结果之间均有极显著差异、偏差大。同时,用NY525--2002方法测定风干样蓝藻TP的变异系数为15.16%,高于其他3种测定结果约13%~14%的变异系数。研究确定采用105℃烘箱法测定蓝藻含水率、LY/T1270--1999方法测定蓝藻TP,适用于打捞蓝藻去除的磷污染物的检测方法。 The pollution of water is the main cause of outbreak of cyanobacteria and getting rid of cya nobacteria has played an important role of improving water quality. In order to set up a scientific sys tem of phosphorus detection method in cyanobacteria, we studied different approaches taken by people in different nations to detect the total phosphorus in 37 samples of cyanobacteria of 17 batches gotten from Dianchi Lake. In this study, two approaches, LY/T12701999 and NY5252002 were used to measure the amount of TP in 37 samples of cyanobacteria of 17 batches gotten from Dianchi Lake. When being measured, dried and fresh samples were taken and measured respectively. Then, the re sult of measurement was analyzed with ttest and standard deviation. After analyzing, we got the follow ing results : only in the flesh and dried using the LY/T12701999 method for the determination of the results there was no significant difference between, small deviations. What's more, when NY5252002 was used, TP coefficient of variation was 15.16%, higher than the coefficient of variation 13% - 14% gotten from the other three approaches. We decided to take 105℃ oven method to detect ratio of water, national standard LY/T1270--1999 to detect total phosphorus in cyanobacteria. This paper elaborates the systematic approaches we taken so that people can use it as reference.
