虎杖中虎杖苷和白藜芦醇含量标准值与不确定度评估分析方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的利用国家级有证纯度标准物质的量值传递,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术和多家协作分析方法,完成中药材虎杖中的虎杖苷和白藜芦醇成分含量标准值及不确定度评估方法研究。方法通过对检测方法中的各种影响因素分析,建立了不确定度评估的数学模型,实现对复杂中药材体系中两种化学成分含量的标准值及不确定度评估研究。结果采用HPLC法,可同时完成对中药材虎杖中虎杖苷和白藜芦醇含量的标准值及扩展不确定度评估,虎杖苷含量为(1.47±0.04)%、白藜芦醇含量为(0.29±0.01)%。结论所建立的针对中药材复杂体系中两种化学成分含量的标准值及不确定度评估方法,可准确定量表征不同化学成分含量,为中药材或中成药中的相关成分质量控制,提供了与国际分析化学接轨的科学检测分析技术与新的检测评价分析方法,对于中药的标准化和质量控制具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。 Objective To accomplish the evaluation method study on the content standard value and the uncertainty of polydatin and resveratrol in Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma Et Radix by using the quantity transmission of the national level certificated purity standard substances and the HPLC method in collaboration with a number of laboratories. Methods The mathematical model of the uncertainty evaluation was established by analyzing the various factors affecting the content determination process in order to complete the research on the standard value determination and uncertainty evaluation of two chemical ingredients in the Chinese herbal medicines complex system. Results The content standard value and expanded uncertainty evaluation of polydatin and resveratrol in Polygoni Cuspidati Rhi- zoma Et Radix could be simultaneously completed by using the HPLC method. The contents of polydatin and resveratrol were (1.47 ~ 0. 04)% and (0.29 :t:0. 01)% respectively. Conclusion The established method of the content standard value and the uncertainty e- valuation aiming at two chemical ingredients in the Chinese herbal medicine complex system can accurately and quantitatively character- ize the contents of different chemical ingredients, which provides the scientific detection and analysis technique, and the new detection and evaluation analysis method compatible to the international analytical chemistry for the quality control of the related ingredients in Chinese medicinal materials or the Chinese patent medicines, and has the important scientific significance and the application value for the standarization and the quality control of Chinese medicines.
