经过多年教学改革的实践，使人们清楚地认识到一堂生动活泼的课堂教学，除了取决于教师的授课能力，还需有各种教学手段的协助，凡是注入了技术含量高的教学手段，将收到较好的教学效果．利用信息技术来提高教学质量已是各国在教育改革方面的共同做法．
After years practice of educational reform, people become quite aware that a lively class calls for the assistance of various teaching medium, apart from the teacher's ability of conducting a class. It may be safely said that better efficiency can be achieved wherever high - tech teaching devices are applied. Using information technology to raise educational quality is a common method in educational reform for every county.
