摘要
目的了解护理管理者时间管理倾向、工作绩效水平及其相关性,为提高管理绩效提供参考。方法对天津市7所三级甲等医院330名护理管理者采用时间管理倾向量表及工作绩效量表进行调查。结果护理管理者时间管理倾向和工作绩效得分分别为3.95±0.37、5.10±0.60,护理管理者的时间管理倾向与工作绩效呈正相关,时间管理倾向对护理管理者的工作绩效有积极影响(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理管理者的时间管理倾向和工作绩效处于中等偏上水平,医院管理者应提高护理管理者的时间管理倾向水平,以提高工作绩效。
Objective To investigate relationship between time management disposition and wok performance among nursing managers, and to provide references for improving management efficiency. Methods A total of 330 nursing managers from 7 general tertiary hospitals completed the Time Management Disposition Scale and the Wok Performance Scale. Results Time management disposition and work performance scored 3.95±0.37 and 5. 10±0.60 respectively, with significant positive correlation between them. Nursing managers' time management disposition positively contributed to their work performance (P〈0. 05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Time management disposition and work performance of nursing managers are at more than moderate level. Hospital managers should strengthen nursing managers'time management disposition to improve their work performance.
